Sautéed New Potatoes and Asparagus with Parsley |

lb. small new potatoes |

lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut in half |
1/2 |
Tbsp butter |
1 1/2 |
Tbsp fresh parsley chopped |

tsp lemon juice |

salt and ground black pepper to taste |

Instructions: 1. Place potatoes in pot of salted water and boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes depending on size. Add asparagus and cook 1 more minute. Drain.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add potatoes, parsley, lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté until potatoes are beginning to brown, about 5 minutes. Serve.
